Rejuvenate at one of our SolRetreat wellness weekends

SolRetreats are wellness weekends hosted by certified personal trainer and wellness coach Dani Bahnsen. These two-night weekends are located at various picturesque and tranquil venues through out Ventura County and each weekend includes healthy and completely organic meals prepared by a local chef with an eye on nutrition, workshops, group sessions and classes.

These healthy vacations are rejuvenating weekends specially designed to gather small groups of women in a comfortable and supportive environment. Consider it a get-away to replenish the mind, body and spirit! We have found that the combination of thoughtful nutrition advice, healthy cooking classes, meditation, massage, yoga, exercise, and much-needed relaxation is transformational for our guests as they leave their healthy fitness holiday glowing and rejuvenated. Payment and cancellation policy

  • Cash, check or credit cards accepted
  • 50% of total due upon registration
  • Balance due 14 days prior to check-in
  • Full refund for cancellations 30 days before weekend, only
  • Cancellations within 30 days of weekend – We will attempt to fill your spot with other guests who may be on a waiting list. If we are unable to do so, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Departures that may occur during the weekend, through no fault of the hosts, are non-refundable.

I have been working with Dani for about a month now and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. She is able to offer me everything I need from running coaching to strength training (with awesome stick figures programs to do at home!) to nutritional guidance.
